ကုန်ပစ္စ: Modular Building
အနှစ်ချုပ်: Two L shape bungalows for management accommodation and one CCTV security cabin for the Ngwe Saung Yatch Club. The CCTV cabin was used during the SEA games hosted in Myanmar.

သွင်ပြင်လက္ခဏာ: “ L-shape” bungalow, with hard wood terrace and bamboo sunshade, bathroom and kitchenette. Exterior and interior finishing with dual wood and fibercement painted cladding, and teak wood parquet and furniture. This bungalow is similar to one of our showrooms.
