Environment Friendly
We are proud to be an environmentally conscious company: we consider our global environmental footprint and apply the 3 R’s principles: Reuse, Recycle, Reduce:
- Reusing shipping containers as the base structure of our modules significantly reduces the use of new materials. Our modules are easily disassembled without loosing significant value, promoting circularity.
- Our products have a very good thermal insulation, keeping the cooling/heating energy to a minimum. Paired with energy efficient appliances and lighting, it’s a win for both your wallet and the environment. We also try hard to use the most environment friendly materials we can find in Myanmar.
- Most of our building materials waste is recycled.
Local Manpower & Economy
We spend a significant amount of time training our employees on new construction techniques and quality control, as well as keeping them informed about how the company is performing. We use local materials and favor local businesses where applicable.
Safety
We provide safe labor conditions and equipment, involving our employees in safety rules and policies. We strive hard to make no compromise on our zero accident objective.
