Summary: Second extension for the Institut Français de Birmanie for office and accommodation with attached bathrooms purposes. It also hosts a meeting room and a secured storage area. An extra toilet module is used during events and is usually used by over 1500 people in a night.

Features: The building has separate areas with different finishing types combining heavy duty plywood, quality vinyl flooring and tile work. The exterior is covered with hardwood cladding that is treated with traditional means. An epoxy painted walkway and stair set access to a wooden terrace.
